Our Values
We will...
Matthew 11:28-29 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Psalm 25:4-5 Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 13:35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.
1 Corinthians 13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned,[a] but have not love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[b] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. 12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. 13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Vs 13: And now these three remain faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Romans 13:10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Isaiah 6:8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
Mark 2:17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Meet the Pastors
We are the Claiborne’s and we have such a heart for the Kingdom of God. We are Kingdom-minded people who know wherever God sends us there are people that need Jesus. We have had the privilege of serving with four Foursquare Churches as volunteers, bi-vocational Pastors, Senior Pastors, and Assistant Pastors.
We are well-versed in all aspects of ministry including children, youth, college, men, women, marriage, family, worship, tech, teaching, custodians, and life groups. We are opposite in many ways which have allowed us to see ministry from many angles and serve people well. Where we are alike is that we trust in Jesus, spend daily time in the word and in prayer, adhere to Sabbath, live a life of generosity, and serve through our gifts.
We’d love to see people that are far from Christ come to experience Him as their Savior and watch what God does as we assist them in developing a relationship with Him. As God begins to reveal their gifts and abilities we come alongside and encourage them to share their experience of following Christ. We love to provide people the opportunity to develop their gifts and use them for Kingdom purposes.
On the personal side; we have been married since 1994, we are a blended family of 2 grown kids whom are married with kids of their own. We are more dog people than cat people. We love playing games and are competitive but really are just there to have a good time. Laughing, storytelling, and eating great food with friends are major pastimes. We enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. Our goals are to see every Major League Baseball field and Presidential Library, which we are well on our way.
- I see a church where families can thrive for generation upon generation. A place that welcomes those pursuing God at every level of their spiritual life and continues to encourage them to lean in even closer to their Savior.
- A place of creative worship which includes many ways to draw people into the presence of God that compels them to respond.
- We will be known by how we love those in our communities; not just the area around our church property, but the communities our people are in because church is not a building but a people.
- We will continue to develop our gifts and talents by trying new things, making them better and doing them as a team.
- We will live as if we are sent to our specific families, jobs, schools, and environments to tell others of the wonderful transformative power of Jesus Christ in our lives.
- We will be involved in each other's lives because we truly are better together.
- We will treat each other like a family and honor clarifying conversations as conflicts arise because learning how to talk and pray through tough things will make us even stronger and more unified if all done through the context of love.
- We will strengthen each other by calling out how we can improve the ways we reach people for Jesus.
- We will trust the Holy Spirit to guide and lead as we grow deeper before wider.
- As a church we commit to come alongside each one who’s willing to uncover their purpose in the Kingdom of God, because their contribution matters.
- We believe, “Everything we do ties to a soul” because every soul matters to God and we will reach thousands with that message.
